	Cotton : Sri Lakshmi Saraswathi Group is concerned with global warming and environmental production with renewed interest in organic farming growing, organic cotton. Backward integration into farming of good variety of cotton through careful selection of seeds. Organic cotton fibre is grown in healthy soil, naturally without chemical pesticides, insecticides, herbicides or artificial fertilizers. We also initiate Best Cotton Initiative (BCI) yarn for the welfare of the farmers.
	Spinning : Sri Lakshmi Saraswathi Group has emerged as one of the Leading Yarn Textile Companies of India for the last 5 – 6 decades. Spinning Units has been set up to manufacture high Quality of Cotton Yarns, Blended Cotton Yarns at multiple locations wholly dedicated to meet the requirements of worldwide markets. The plant adheres strictly to International requirement in terms of state-of-the-art equipment and stringent quality assurance and control.
	Knitting : The grey fabric standards are guided by the standardized STARFISH programme. Our sophisticated knitting machines are capable of providing high quality grey knitted fabrics in tubular form and also in open width. We are offering various Dia and Gauge as per buyer's requirement in Single Jersey, Interlock and Rib Fabric with Lycra attachment. Our knitting unit is powered by state of art knitting machineries managed by experienced/skilled personnel. We can also provide body dia fabrics suitable for making inner garments from 8 to 26 inches dia. Outer garments we supply 20 to 44 inches dia with matching gauge.

	Processed Fabric : We supply RFD, Bleached, Dyed fabric Ready for printing and Garmenting operations in Tubular as well as open width as per the specs of the customers. Special fabric required for critical operations are also made as per the order through skilled personnel.

	Compacting : All Processed fabrics are compacted to give the best dimensional stability, through pre shrinkage.

	Embroidery : Embroidery is prepared according to the design using of Lurex yarn, polyester, cotton yarn and rayon to maintain the quality using computerized Barudan machines to achieve the quality & on time delivery.

	Printing : We use azo free dyes to print out garments. We are able to handle different printing requirements such as pigment Print, plastasol, foil, flock, foam, glitter, spray effect, high build, gel, photo print, discharge print etc..

	Garmenting As per the style line production is planned for the quick productions, the garments in each stage of stitching is checked by the line quality controllers to make sure the quality is maintained as per approved samples. Cutting – Cutting of a dress is an important factor as it determines the fit of knitwear or any other clothes wear. Our cutting is done 'perfectly', keeping in mind the latest fashion fits. Exclusive garments fits are ready to adorn the deserving on and off the ramp. Stitching – For stitching of garments we have the state-of-the art facility. The over lock and flat lock machines are from Pegasus / Siruba and lock stitch are from Juki-Japan. All the machines are fixed with auto thread trimming and dust collection. The machines are also fixed with top feed which reduces the tension in seams for special stitching like Decorative stitching, Bar tacking, Button hole, Buttoning etc., this is done by machine-a make of Juki-Japan. Checking – The finished garment is then subject to a thorough check by our quality assurance department even the smallest defect is not overlooked. Ironing – We have Strong welded construction and assured ironing shine along with convenience of use are the highlighting attributes of vacuum ironing tables.

	Packing : Standard export packing in carton box and pallet packing for yarn and fabrics are in roll form as per buyers requirement. Garments are packed as per the buyers requirements either single piece or multiples. weather proofing is done for the outer cartons going to countries with chill temperatures. Department is designed to suite all types of packing. All the finished goods ready for dispatch are subjected to pre shipment inspection according to AQL standards as dictated by the customers.
